1. Order Processing & Fulfillment

  • As a print-on-demand shop, all products are custom-made when ordered. Processing times vary depending on the print provider and the item ordered.
  • Estimated processing times are typically 1-5 business days, but may vary due to demand, product type, or unforeseen delays.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

  • Shipping rates and delivery times are set by the print-on-demand providers that fulfill our orders. These are calculated at checkout based on the item, location, and shipping method selected.
  • Estimated shipping times (after processing) vary by product and destination. You will see an estimated delivery window at checkout.

3. Tracking Information

  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number (if applicable).
  • Tracking updates depend on the carrier and print provider. Please allow 24-48 hours for tracking details to become available.

4. Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

  • Since shipping is handled by third-party providers, ArtByAnndria is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages once they are shipped.
  • If your package is marked as “delivered” but you have not received it, please check with your local carrier or post office first.
  • If a package is lost in transit, contact us at artbyanndria@outlook.com, and we will do our best to assist you in working with the print provider to resolve the issue.

5. Customs, Duties & International Shipping

  • International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees, which are determined by the destination country and are the customer’s responsibility.
  • ArtByAnndria is not responsible for customs delays or additional fees charged upon delivery.

6. Incorrect Shipping Address

  • Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping address at checkout.
  • If an order is returned due to an incorrect or undeliverable address, the customer will be responsible for additional shipping costs to resend the package.

7. Order Changes & Cancellations

  • As each item is made to order, we cannot guarantee cancellations or changes once an order has been placed. Please double-check your order before completing checkout.
