Welcome to ArtByAnndria! These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of our website and services. By accessing or purchasing from our shop, you agree to comply with these Terms. Please read them carefully before placing an order.

1. General Information

ArtByAnndria is a print-on-demand store, meaning all items are made to order. As such, we do not keep inventory on hand, and all sales are considered final (see our Refunds & Returns Policy for more details).

2. Orders & Payments

  • All prices are listed in USD and are subject to change without notice.
  • Payments must be made in full at the time of checkout. We accept all major credit cards.
  • ArtByAnndria reserves the right to cancel any order for reasons including, but not limited to, suspected fraud, pricing errors, or supply issues.

3. Shipping & Delivery

  • Processing times vary as each item is printed on demand. Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout but are not guaranteed.
  • We are not responsible for delays caused by third-party shipping carriers.
  • Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping address. If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, the customer will be responsible for additional shipping costs.

4. Refunds & Returns

All sales are final. However, refund or replacement requests may be considered on a case-by-case basis if:

  • The item arrives damaged or defective.
  • The wrong item was received.
  • There are significant printing or manufacturing defects.

  • All artwork, designs, and content on this website are the exclusive property of ArtByAnndria and are protected by copyright laws.

ArtByAnndria is not liable for:

  • Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products.
  • Losses due to shipping delays, printing variations, or third-party actions beyond our control.

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting to our website. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.
